Sourcetoad has officially joined Thompson Holdings, Inc., an employee-owned organization with decades of experience supporting complex engineering, architecture, infrastructure, and disaster response initiatives. The acquisition became effective January 1, 2026.

First and foremost, it’s important to be clear about what this news does not change. Sourcetoad’s leadership team remains the same, our project teams remain the same, and our day-to-day operations, processes, and client relationships continue exactly as they are today. Our focus will remain delivering high-quality, thoughtfully designed software solutions that help our clients solve real business problems.

Thompson Holdings is the parent company of several well-established engineering and consulting firms. Collectively, Thompson’s companies are known for tackling large-scale, mission-critical work, often from the earliest planning stages through final delivery.

This partnership brings together complementary strengths: Thompson’s deep experience supporting complex, regulated, and operationally demanding industries, and Sourcetoad’s expertise in custom software, AI-enabled solutions, and digital product development.
